Methodology

We started by conducting extensive research and interviews and by implementing surveys even during the 84th Thessaloniki International Fair. We aimed to collect all the necessary information in order to improve the visitor’s experience. We used tools and worked based on the Design Thinking Methodology and the UX mindset, setting the human factor at the center of our study.

Impact

Last year, more than 300.000 people visited the Thessaloniki International Fair. Every year the number rises and our goal is to create the best experience for them. By understanding the visitors' true needs and by simplifying the process of how people learn, enter, explore and exit the Fair, we contribute to higher-quality events and happier citizens!
